Haiyan Lei, Associate Professor at the Tianjin University, China, and has been active in geothermal research since 2003. Lei was a fellow in the United Nations University Geothermal Training Program (UNU-GTP) in Iceland in 2004, and was again a post-doc at ISOR in 2011. Lei was a research scholar at Malardalen University, Sweden for 3 months in 2017, and a post-doc at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) from October 2018 to January 2020. Her research interests include geothermal utilization, reservoir modelling, heat and mass transfer in porous media.
