Mr. Emad Andarawis is a Principal Engineer of Microelectronics in the Electrical Systems organization at GE Research in Niskayuna, NY. He holds a B.S. (1997) in Computer Engineering and an M.S. (1998) in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
Mr. Andarawis joined GE in 1998 where he has worked on and led a portfolio of programs in harsh environment sensing, actuation and control. Most recently, he has been developing high temperature, high reliability electronics with a primary focus on Aviation, Oil & Gas and Geothermal applications. Mr. Andarawis is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds 83 issued US patents.
